New Opportunities ‐ Sales Development and Training Consultant ‐ Parts Aftermarket - September 2016

Location: South of England

Rate: £27,000 per annum OTE £33,000

Fourmative have the pleasure of working with a wide number of automotive clients throughout the UK. We are currently looking for 2 new team members 1 based in the South East and one in the South West.

The Sales Development and Training Consultant will be responsible for a number of activities

1. Trade Parts development on behalf of an independent motor factor 10-12 days per month visiting target customers, conducting a professional sales visit and helping the customer understand the key features and benefits of the Distributors products and help improve sales.

2. Delivery of Virtual and Classroom training for key automotive clients 4-6 days per month

3. Selling Instant Feedback to Automotive customers 1-2 days per month. Instant Feedback is a leading customer feedback tool used extensively by Automotive Main Dealers.

To take on this role you would ideally have automotive service or parts experience gained within either the franchised network or within a professional motor factor environment, be confident in your parts and service knowledge and be professional in your approach.

In addition we would require you to be:

✓ Proactive, confident and self motivated

✓ Computer literate

✓ Experienced in the sale of automotive parts and service products

✓ A strong communicator

✓ Flexible

You will be contracted initially for 12 months and be allocated to a Motaquip Parts distributor in the South for circa 10-12 days per month with the remainder of the time being field based or at our offices in Buckingham.

We will provide you with:

✓ A basic salary of £27,000

✓ A generous commission scheme giving OTE of £33,000

✓ Full expensed company car or car allowance

✓ Company pension scheme

✓ Full training for all aspects of the role

✓ On going support from our sales experts to help you maximise results

Fourmative achieve ATA Accreditation - Customer Service - February 2015

"We are delighted to announce successful accreditation for the development and delivery of ATA Customer Service.

After an extensive period of development and assessment Colin Gleghorn achieved the certification from awarding body the IMI.

Instant Feedback – New Website Launch - 02/09/2014

Fourmative & Instant Feedback are delighted to be taking part in Bangers4BEN 2014 - 26/08/2014

It is a FOUR-day event starting in Dover on Saturday, October 11, with our final destination being the Fiat factory in Turin, Italy, before heading home on Tuesday, October 14.

Along the way we'll be heading along one of the world's best driving roads, the Stelvio Pass, and drop by Lake Como.

Fourmative and JCB Dealer Instructors - 19/08/2014

July 2014 was the culmination of 6 months work with 11 JCB Dealer Training Instructors graduating in front of their respective Group Directors and Managers.

With a long days end longer evenings each Dealer Group Instructor was video recorded and continually tested to demonstrate their capability in delivering quality training to match the high standards expected of a JCB trainer.

Most Dealer Instructors arrived with little knowledge of training procedures and set about each task with enthusiasm and determination which saw them progress through 3 modules of Preparation, Delivery and Follow-up. Now they're ready to deliver this first dealer-based event, which will be supervised and coached by JCB and Fourmative consultants.

Colin visited CFAO Nigeria in June 2014 - 13/08/2014

There was a series of management and operation training for Parts and Service training at the new Lagos showrooms. We used plenty of group discussions and exercises to test the learning objectives.

Using Instant Feedback we combined the highest level of classroom training with measurable output through action plans and scoring matrix.

The feedback was excellent with:

Fourmative charity work 2013 - 21/11/2013

October 2013 saw Fourmative embark on a cross-Europe drive for BEN, the Automotive Charity.

Driving a 13-year old Toyota' the Fourmative Director Colin Gleghorn and RJDM co-driver Richard Hardy started from the Porsche Centre Reading, Berks, we set about the 1200-mile round trip taking in visits to Spa in Belgium, Porsche Museum Stuttgart and the famous Nűrburgring in Germany. Whilst in fancy dress costumes naturally.

Set daily challenges' the teams were tasked to complete before sun set using highways and byways to cover the distance in a short a time as possible' whilst observing the regulatory speed limits.

Fourmative was the only Consultancy & Training organisation reprehensive in the Automotive industry and we’re delighted to have been part of this most successful event.

The drive was exhausting but rewarding with the focus on making a positive change to other less fortunate. Collectively more that £10k was raised and we’re excited about the 2014 tour.

Fourmative's Double Decker Tour - 14/11/2013

Fourmative Limited has recently completed a full tour of the UK. The tour involved 1 Double Decker bus, 16 stops, covering more than 1800 miles.

Close Motor Finance needed a way of launching eClick a new Electronic signature process to their staff and customers and a Double Decker bus equipped with a computer training suite was the ideal choice.

Fourmative Trainers travelled on the bus to each of the companies' branch locations to introduce eClick to the staff and then train dealers on how to use eClick with their customers

The tour commenced at the Close Motor Finance head office in Doncaster, travelled through England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales concluding with a press day in London.

The tour was a fantastic success and the market leading technology was seen to be a great way to help dealers speed up the customer acceptance, reduce the handover lead time and as a result sell more cars.

Fourmative celebrate Birthday with Charity Drive

Fourmative Limited is celebrating their 20th year in business by taking part in the annual Bangers4BEN charity car rally. This year also sees the 50th anniversary of the legendary Porsche 911and so this year the FOUR-day event will be starting at Porsche's headquarters in Reading on Saturday, 12th October 2013, with the final destination being the Porsche museum in Stuttgart in Germany, before heading home on Tuesday, 15th October 2013.

The task sounds a simple one; however the challenge is to spend less than £500.00 on a car to take part in the 1200 mile trip in just 4 days. Fourmative will be completing the trip in a Toyota Corolla with one of their supplier partners RJDM Studios from Northampton. Their Director is Richard Hardy and he will share the driving and the banter with Colin for the 4 day trip. With up to 40 other cars taking place and supported by the AA the event should raise both awareness and valuable funds for BEN (BEN is the UK's dedicated charity for those who work, or have worked, in the automotive and related industries, as well as their dependants)

Colin Gleghorn Director of Fourmative said "Bangers4BEN is a great way of having fun and at the same time raising money for a very worthy cause, with the help of our clients, customer's family and friends we hope to raise an additional £1,000.00"
