The focus on each area, however, will vary from one Manager to the next and from one business to another. With this in mind, we have created a flexible approach that ensures that the content is right for you.
Each programme consists of 5 two-day modules.
The content of the 5 modules is tailored for free in consultation with yourselves, however, it must contain at least one module from each of the four areas of Finance, People, Operations and Business Growth. The 5th module will focus on the areas where Managers need most help.
It is desirable that 4 – 6 weeks is allowed between each two-day module and TEAMS/ZOOM meetings are held between each module to review the impact made and prepare for the next session.
The standard programme includes content aimed at preparing the Aftersales Manager for the key tasks applicable to their position.
