What it is

Our sole objective is to help you maximise the opportunity from your investment in MOT Testing and to remain compliant. We are independent and provide purely Audit and Consultancy support. Our support consultants are professional business advisors as well as being approved AEC’s so you can be confident that we have your best interests at heart.

Our focus is on you and your business and via our business consultants, we can help you no matter what your business needs. We don’t provide MOT Training or sell Garage equipment so you can be confident that the advice and help we provide is truly independent.

AEC Support

As your appointed AEC we work remotely to check both the performance and compliance of your VTS. Looking closely at set KPI’s we are your early warning system casting our expert eyes over the tests completed and your VTS status. We use system-generated data plus the skilled assessment provided by your appointed AEC which includes a full review of:

• Training Records – Checking that all NT’s annual training is up to date and compliant
• TQI – Checking your NT’s performance and identifying high or low fail rates which may give a focus for a future QC’s
• Test logs are viewed, and IP addresses checked, Test times and Aborted/Abandoned tests are a particular focus where attention is given by your appointed AEC and their support team
• Current RAG Rating and last site review will help us ensure that any areas of concern are at the forefront of your mind and top of the “To Do List”.
• You get a monthly report and full telephone and Web support to help you remain compliant. Our support does not stop there you also get full commercial and operational support helping you to maximise profit from MOTs, Servicing and Repairs.

We do all of this for a fixed monthly fee giving you the reassurance that someone independent is always on call to help you maintain your MOT testing license and maximise profit.

MOT Audit

Our MOT Audit service is provided by your appointed AEC and our Audit starts in advance of our visit. We complete a full desk-top review of your VTS so that when we arrive on your premises, we already have a digital picture of your site.

When on-site we complete a full Audit which extends well beyond the audit completed by the DVSA, we of course include, Premises and Signage, Tooling and Calibration, MOT Paperwork and Documentation, Quality Control and Training, however, we also engage with your staff, observe a full MOT test, benchmark profit opportunities and introduce commercial best practice.

Our current customers ask for our help in a number of ways we can provide, access to best practice processes for all matters MOT, give advice on how to improve MOT and Service Profit, coach staff on sales and customer handling skills, create business KPI’s and improve teamwork and communications. MOT Dashboard, “Everything in one Place”

As part of our AEC support, we use our MOT Dashboard to store all Audit and compliance data. MOT Dashboard gives you:

• Full access to all data, audit reports and action plans as and when you need them any time night or day
• MOT Dashboard stores equipment calibration details and expiry dates with a reminder of when your calibration is due. We also help you upload copies of your calibration certificates – Everything in one place! 
• MOT tester annual training & assessment records are held within the Dashboard to help you and your testers to remain compliant. We also help you upload copies of your training certificates and additional CPD Evidence – Everything in one place! 
• MOT Test logs and TQI data are uploaded monthly by our support team to ensure that you have – Everything in one place! 
• A Group Login would give you full access to all of your sites and allows comparison between them. Individual sites can only access their own information.

We do most of the legwork to enable you to spend time running your business and making profit.
