This year we have been busy running global EV technicians training sessions.

You don’t learn how to play golf by watching YouTube, although you may get some tips on how to improve.

Technicians of all nationalities need hands-on experience to fully understand the process required to Power Down a vehicle, conduct a PDI or perform Vehicle Diagnostics and our training provides both the theory on WHAT and WHY but also the practical demonstration of HOW, giving the technician the Coaching support as and when required.

Our technical training in 2024 has taken us to the four corners of the world, delivering engaging technical solutions to ensure that the vehicle brand is supported, and the technicians have the competency to be able to prepare the vehicle to the exacting standards required to help deliver a fantastic customer experience.

In 2025 we will be looking at continuing this journey and introducing new technology that can help, not forgetting the technician should always be at the centre of the learning experience.
