Fourmative and JCB Dealer Instructors

July 2014 was the culmination of 6 months work with 11 JCB Dealer Training Instructors graduating in front of their respective Group Directors and Managers.

With a long days end longer evenings each Dealer Group Instructor was video recorded and continually tested to demonstrate their capability in delivering quality training to match the high standards expected of a JCB trainer.

Most Dealer Instructors arrived with little knowledge of training procedures and set about each task with enthusiasm and determination which saw them progress through 3 modules of Preparation, Delivery and Follow-up. Now they’re ready to deliver this first dealer-based event, which will be supervised and coached by JCB and Fourmative consultants.
