We have engaged the expertise of Fourmative Ltd to support our Client in the Development and Delivery of IMI ATA Customer Service Accreditation programmes.
Throughout the contract, the teams have proven their capability and their desire to deliver effective and measurable Assessments to the network of Dealers across the UK.
They have developed the Assessments, provided manpower in the form of IMI Accredited Assessors and also delivered the Referral training suite of courses for us.
